The first issue of second volume of the Quarterly Energy Monitor for the months of October – December 2021 covers Pakistan’s updated climate change Nationally Determined Contributions submitted in COP26. In this issue, we have analyzed the set mitigation targets, with a focus on policy initiatives in the energy and transport sector and have assess their realization in line with existing policies and frameworks.
